give enemas to guys 18 through 40...

I love enemas not for anal sex but to keep healthy and have a regular bowel movement to keep regular.. I suffer from constipation and have been taking enemas since age 19.  I also give enemas to guys 18 through 40 and I usually give them 4 quarts (very crampy) and most of them do not like 4 quarts they are uncomfortable and leak out and cannot hold it..They complain that they are very bloated.. I let them hold the enema in for about 5 to 7 minutes so the enema can do it job in cleaning them out. I use soap suds such as Ivory or Castile soap in their enemas. I talk them through it and make them forget about the cramps the enema is giving them. Noah
